SHIPPING:

We offer flat rate shipping depending on the size and quantity of flags ordered.

We are located in York County, Virginia and offer a FREE local pick-up option for customers in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.  If you select that option, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time and meeting place.

All flags are made-to-order.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for fabrication and shipment.  You may get it much sooner, because we will ship your order as soon as it is ready.

RETURNS:

Returns are not offered at this time.  If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping provider.  If you have questions about the product, please ask them via the "Contact" link before you order.  Product pictures are representations of the actual product.  Each product is hand-crafted; therefore, there will be variations in appearance. 

**VARIATION DISCLAIMER**
Wood is an imperfect material. We use knotty wood to create rustic interpretations of the American flag and use a burn method to "antique" the wood and highlight features of the grain. We try our hardest to get the best knot placement and burn pattern for the character of the flag. All flags are unique, as all pieces of wood are unique, and they WILL be slightly different than the flags pictured. Our flags are not intended to be flawless works of wooden art, but unique, rustic flags with character.
